EXPLANATION OF CLASSES

Elpida Resort & Spa daily welcomes the people who exercise in a big room of high aesthetic which includes the Gym Area, with view of the indoor and the outdoor pool and which is equipped with cardiovascular machines of latest technology (running machines, cycles, elliptical bikes), each one of which has a personal TV and the most up to date muscle strength machines and dumbbells and a beautiful room with a wide range of group exercise, dynamic and alternative classes.

Interval & Cross Training

It is a very good way of cardiovascular exercise with breaks, during which intervals of greater intensity take turns with intervals of smaller intensity so that the trained person can recover! One of the best classes for loss of weight, calories burn, fat burn, the building of endurance in a short time by making our exercise far more interesting!

Power Bars

It is an exercise of muscular endurance, power and invigoration! No other Functional Training class in the world with bars in the room can be compared to Power Bars! The combinations of exercises with bars justify its characterisation as the capstone of group classes! Try it, it will be your favourite!

Intermediate (1&2 Level) - Advanced Pilates (2&3 Level), free of Props

A smart Pilates class which combines exercises with free bodyweight or which uses miniball-fitball-ring-elastic-towel! "Power- flexibility - compression"! Give shape and symmetry to your body without any vibrations but with a lot of intensity, joy and fun!

Dynamic Yoga

If you love exercise through dynamic Yoga, you will also love this class. We breathe right, feel our body awaken and our mind relax by non-stop poses!

Circuit Training (New)

In the cyclical training specific exercises are done carefully and successively with no intermediate break. The improvement of the physical condition, the cardiopneumatic aerobic ability, the power and the fat burn is achieved!

Jump Rope (New)

An excellent combination of exercise and entertainment with the best possible result. By exercising for 15 minutes with the use of the typical skipping rope you can ensure the excellent function of your cardiopneumatic system.

AquaFit Hydrogymnastics

The water environment makes out a pleasant sensation of lightness and well-being by combining the facility of the movement and of its multiple advantages!!! It is an appropriate form of exercise for musculoskeletal diseases and facilitates the control of balance while at the same time it is an ideal class for people with increased body weight. It is particularly beneficial to pregnant women as it offers strengthening and compression, improvement of the physical condition while at the same time, it exercises a continuous micro-massage on the skin's surface while the trainee's body is in the water. It will also offer you well-being, good mood and relaxation during class and not only!

Baby Swimming

Baby swimming is an innovative class of pedagogic swimming lessons and of coast guarding skills in the form of game which addresses parents and infants from the age of 5 months to the age of 4 years under the guidance of a specialized baby swimming trainer. (baby swimming). The benefits from the infant's participation in this sports activity, which is adapted to the abilities and needs of its age, are precious.
