ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS
- As part of the check-in process, we require a valid travel document (Passport / for EU citizens valid id is sufficient / driving licence is not a valid travel document)
- Free parking is possible on site (250 outdoor parking spots available)
- Airport Transfer : We can arrange airport transfers at an additional cost (Thessaloniki - Serres ; Serres - Thessaloniki). Please contact us after making your booking, and we will assist you with the arrangements.
- Pets: We welcome pets up to 6kg for an extra charge of 30€ per stay
- One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. The maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is one. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is available upon request and subject to confirmation by the property.
- Please note that our hotel also hosts weddings, conferences, and other events. During these occasions, should you be disturbed, we kindly ask that you keep your balcony door closed. Thank you for your understanding.
